Build

Custom software, websites, mobile apps, and SaaS for Kenyan operations.

Altify engineers products around how your teams approve, collect M-Pesa, file eTIMS, and report to the board. Not a theme with extra fields.

How we build

Software shaped around your branches, not the other way around.

Off-the-shelf tools force cashiers, finance, and operations to invent workarounds. Altify engineers products around approval chains, Paybill flows, and the reports your board actually asks for, then connects them to Leesify, LeefiPay, and eTIMS so you do not start from zero.

Share budget and timeline. We will size the first milestone.

Outcome-first discovery

We map users, constraints, and the systems already in motion before a production sprint starts.

Architecture that lasts

Laravel, Livewire, and Filament with branch permissions, audit logs, and an API your next module can reuse.

Local rails included

M-Pesa STK Push, bank Paybills, and KRA eTIMS are delivery defaults, not change requests in month four.

Handover you can run

Git, staging, runbooks, and training so your team owns the product after launch.

Who this is for

Built for teams that cannot pause trading to install software

If cashiers, riders, or branch managers are the real users, we design for their phones and their hours, then give HQ the reporting it asked for.

Retail and wholesale

Multi-branch stock, pricing, and till software that still works when 4G drops.

Property and rent

Portals and collection flows that match Paybill references to tenants without a weekend of Excel.

Learn More

SACCOs and finance

Member statements, loans, and contribution tracking with audit logs leadership can defend.

Learn More

Field sales and logistics

Offline-capable apps for orders, proof of delivery, and M-Pesa on the road.

Learn More

Product companies

SaaS and customer portals with billing, roles, and a path onto Altify Cloud.

Learn More

Public-facing brands

Marketing and product sites that rank, load on Kenyan networks, and capture leads your sales team will use.

Build practice

Six ways to ship a product with Altify

Start with one surface or a full platform. Every build is designed to plug into the Altify ecosystem when you are ready.

Custom Software

Platforms tailored to how your teams approve, reconcile, and report, not a brochure CMS with extra fields.

Learn More

Web Development

Fast, SEO-ready marketing sites and product UI that still score when motion, imagery, and checkout are in the mix.

Learn More

Mobile Apps

PWAs by default; native iOS and Android when field sales, delivery, or warehouse scanning need it.

Learn More

SaaS Development

Multi-tenant products with billing, roles, and custom domains, using the same patterns behind Altify apps.

Learn More

E-Commerce

Stores that close on Kenyan phones: STK Push, Paybill, eTIMS invoices, and live stock from Leesify.

Learn More

Product design

Flows that survive 4G in Kisumu: low-friction checkout, clear empty states, and M-Pesa-native UX.

Talk through scope

We scope work around results, not a long feature list.

Build, Systems, or an Altify app?

Use this to pick the first conversation. Mixed work is normal. We will say which track owns the quote.

If you need Start here Typical first milestone
A new product, portal, or website you will own Build Discovery, architecture, and a usable slice in staging
ERP, automation, or cloud for how you already trade Systems Audit, fit-gap, and a phased rollout plan
Leesify, LeefiPay, eTIMS, RMS, or HRM as-is Apps Demo, then implementation scoped to your branches
Both a public site and an operations platform Build + Systems Site first or core ERP first. Same stack either way

Engineering defaults

A stack your next hire can maintain

Laravel, Livewire, and Filament are the default for operations software. We add Flutter or a PWA when the work happens outside HQ. Cloud and CI/CD are part of delivery, not a later surprise.

Laravel Livewire Filament PostgreSQL Redis Flutter PWA Tailwind Vite AWS Azure Docker GitHub Actions Cloudflare Safaricom Daraja eTIMS
Talk architecture

We will use your preferred stack when it is a better fit. We will say so in discovery.

Delivery

From first conversation to a system you can scale

Scope and timeline are agreed before we write production code. That is why two Build projects never share the same quote.

In the studio

Discovery, design, and engineering happen in the same room — so the software you get matches how your team actually works.

  1. Discover

Goals, users, current stack, budget band, and a realistic go-live window.

  2. Scope

Architecture, integrations, and a phased roadmap with a fixed first milestone.

  3. Design

Flows and interfaces your cashiers, finance team, or tenants will actually use.

  4. Build

Secure Laravel delivery with staging, tests, and weekly demos in EAT.

  5. Launch

Go-live, training, and a support window sized to the complexity we just shipped.

Share your brief

Most engagements begin with a focused discovery workshop.

First milestone

You should be able to click something in staging, not just read a slide deck.

The first paid slice is a working product surface plus proof that Kenyan rails (M-Pesa, Paybill, or eTIMS) belong in the architecture. Phase two is written down so finance is not guessing.

A slice users can try

Staging URL, real flows, and empty states your cashiers or tenants will actually hit.

Kenyan rails proven

M-Pesa, Paybill, or eTIMS on a real environment in the first milestone when the product needs them.

Access you control

Git, staging credentials, and a named owner on your side. You are not locked out of your own build.

A written phase two

What shipped, what waits, and which change would move the next quote. No surprise backlog dump at handover.

Build FAQs

What teams ask before they commission a build

Pricing follows scope and delivery speed. These answers keep the first call useful.

Either. Many clients start custom and later attach LeefiPay or eTIMS. Others extend Leesify ERP with modules we write just for them. You are not locked into a catalog SKU.
You do after final payment. We hand over Git repositories, environments, and runbooks. Pre-existing Altify modules stay licensed if we used them.
A focused MVP or marketing site is often 4–8 weeks. A multi-branch operations platform is usually 3–6 months. Aggressive timelines cost more because we staff a denser squad.
Yes. We migrate data in phases, run parallel systems during cutover, and train the people who will live in the new product.
Who will use it, what must work on day one, which systems already exist (Paybill, ERP, Excel), a budget band, and a go-live window. The form on this page is enough to start.
Yes if you want it to. We design APIs and auth so Altify apps can attach without a rewrite. If you never need them, you still own a complete product.

Ready to size the first milestone?

Share what must work on day one, a budget band, and a go-live window. We reply with a plan you can take to finance, not a vague range.

Typical response within one business day (EAT).

Pricing differs with project type, budget band, and how fast you need to go live.

Quotes follow scope and timeline. We reply within one business day (EAT).
